Here, I will try to guide you in the correct way so that your transformation journey is easier for you all. First, tune your brain for your journey. Those who frequently fail to get results may think I am doing my best, but I am not getting good results.
Yes, I agree everybody will do, but not in the same way, you know, a small mistake also makes you fail. Here I will try to explain the steps to follow in the correct way, and try to give some tips also to make your journey easy and better.

Here I will try to explain these four steps in detail.
Make it a part of your daily life without fail. It should be walking, jogging, running, yoga, and meditation, based on your convenience. If you choose to walk, try to walk a minimum of 10000 steps a day. Use a device to track your activity to get motivation for the next day.
If you choose jogging or running, try to do at least half an hour a day in the morning.
If you choose yoga or meditation, try to do an hour every day without fail.
Tips to follow:
Maintain the consistency of your physical work
Try to complete every morning under the sunlight
No matter what, you need to take unprocessed, healthy food without fail. Consume more protein and fibre-rich foods and fewer carbs.
Include raw vegetables in your diet, and try to include soups in your meals.
Smoothies play a key role in weight loss. Make sure to take an apple smoothie, a papaya smoothie, and a pineapple smoothie.
Sabja seeds and flax seeds also play a key role, so try to consume those seeds as much as possible.
Avoid sugar intake as much as possible.
Try to take a small meal on time every day
Complete breakfast before 9 AM, lunch between 1 and 2 PM, and dinner before 7 PM
Tips to follow:
Try to do intermittent fasting to get good results.
If you can complete rest for your digestive system relay only on water at least once a month
Drinking water also plays a major role in the weight loss journey. At least needs to drink 2.5 to 3 litres per day. Your body requires 40 to 50 mL per kg.

Avoid sugar content and processed cool drinks
Try to drink at least one litre of water before breakfast on an empty stomach.

Try to avoid drinking water along with food. If you drink with food, your powerful digestive system may be reduced. Try to drink water half an hour before and half an hour after food.
Sleep also plays a major role in your weight loss journey. If you sleep on time, your body gains the power to heal itself. Try to sleep 6 to 8 hours effectively.
Try to sleep from 10 PM to 6 AM or 11 PM to 7 AM. These are the best timings for proper sleep.
No matter what time you’re going to bed, the matter is at what time you fall asleep.
Tips to follow:
Avoid the screen for 1 hour before bedtime. Read a romantic or pleasant novel. Listen to pleasant music to fall asleep easily.
To start your transformation journey, make sure to get an expert’s opinion based on your medical condition. Don’t hesitate to take medication like multivitamins and fish-oil tablets if your physician has prescribed.
Prepare your mind first, and then your body will listen to your words nicely. Try to avoid negativity around you. Negativity drains your mental stability.
Try to reduce 3- 5 kgs per month. It is good for your transformation. Don’t go vigorously. Maintain consistency. If you are more consistent, then you are a step ahead in getting good results.
A positive attitude and positive mindset will give you good results. Try to avoid negativity spreading to people around you. Don’t listen to the words like you can’t, better don’t try, you’re unfit to do like that. Don’t give others a chance to judge you. You know what you are and what you want. That’s enough for your transformation journey.
