Most people’s answer is no. Three months back, my answer was also no. But now, confidently, I will say my answer is yes. But how in three months my no converted into yes. How is it wat possible? What happened? What was my action plan? I want to share a complete journey with you all.

You get a thought about how to meet you again, right? I know the answer is exactly yes. Most people change day by day due to studies, jobs, careers, business, and responsibilities. While this happens in our regular lives, first, we are all left to think about ourselves.

We won’t prioritise ourselves, we won’t think about ourselves. And we will say to ourselves that there is no time. We will go far away from a healthy lifestyle. Then we will get depression, obesity, insomnia, mental illness, and hair loss, etc.

Most people are addicted to overeating and spending more time on screens, not giving importance to physical fitness, and not concentrating on self-care, etc. Most of these issues are affecting women, especially as they are turning into their 40s. While in this phase, we definitely lost ourselves.

Fear will stop you in your daily routine, confidence levels will decrease, and guilt will dominate you while making a decision. An overeating disorder will enter your life. You will experience health disturbances. To overcome all these problems, you need to focus on your mental health.

Tips to improve your mental health: Need to take care of your physical fitness, spend some time in the fresh air, and it is very important to read good books (Philosophy, biographies, romantic stories, etc.). This also shows a good impact on mental health.

Physical Health and Fitness: Physical health is one of the strongest ways to meet you again as soon as you can. Spend sufficient time on your physical workouts, whether it is indoor or outdoor, it is up to you. But remeber while doing physical exercise, a happy hormone will be released. It helps you to change your dull mood. Automatically, your day will start with good vibes.

Mostly try to do your physical exercise in the morning. You feel fresh, and you gain energy to face the challenges on that day.

Sleep increases your metabolism rate. Once metabolism is better, your gut health improves automatically. 10 PM to 5 AM is a good time to sleep. Or else 11 PM to 6 AM is also acceptable.

Tips to get good sleep: Finish dinner early and avoid the screen before sleep. Listen to pleasant music in bed or try to read a book.

Food clock maintenance: Need to consume food at proper timings and on same time daily if possible. Breakfast before 9 AM, lunch between 1 and 2 PM, and dinner at 7 PM.

Include green leaves and vegetables, protein-rich food, and ghee in your diet. Apple and pineapple smoothies improve your gut health.

Make a food quantity limit every time. If you make controll on your food habits, you will have control of your lifestyle. Food clock maintenance is the key weapon for your metabolism.

Diet Maintenance: Consume high-calorie food in the morning and drastically decrease in the afternoon and night. Try to consume soups at night. Include raw vegetables in your diet. Make part of dry fruits a part of your diet. Make part yogurt in your diet too.

Live yourself: The final and most important step for lifestyle changing factor is to live yourself. Yes, here you may get a thought of how others will live our lives. I agree with your question that others can’t live our life, but most of the times other rule us or try to interfere in our lives. We need to break that.

Try to avoid sacrifices, yes, most of the women will lead their life for family, either kids, lifepartner or parents. Most of the men will improtance for careed more than family. Both are wrong. Everybody needs their personal space.

If you are a home maker or a working person, no matter who you are finally matter you are spending time with yourself or not. If not, try to give time for yourself at least one hour a day. Do what you wish at that particular time, dance, painting, gardening, drawing, cooking, listening to music, driving, reading a book, no matter what it is, it matters that you’re giving time to yourself or not. Try to avoid impressing others always; first, impress yourself, praise yourself. It will improve your confidence. If you are an employe dont try to impress your superiors always. Work for your satisfaction.

If you are satisfied, automatically your performance improves, and ultimately your superiors appreciate. Try to be correct and perfect. Be happy with yourself, and motivate yourself always. “Give time to others, but don’t give life to others”.
